Measured on meters, tested A/B, audited monthly. Including a live deployment right here in Bangkok.
An 88-room luxury hotel in central Bangkok, next to Erawan Shrine — running two incompatible worlds at once: 62 rooms on a chilled-water plant (3 Trane chillers, 6 chilled / 6 condenser water pumps, 3 cooling towers) and 26 rooms on Daikin VRV, with no BMS, no centralized control, and pumps stuck at fixed speed.
Element AI was layered on non-invasively: window sensors, temperature and occupancy sensors in guestrooms, a VRF central-control module for the Daikin side, VFD control for the pump sets, and an AI energy controller tying it all together.
Guestroom AC automation cut per-room energy from 560 to 446 units/month, plus a "housekeeping assistant" that flags truly empty rooms.
Large commercial complex; measurable reduction in common-area and plant consumption with an improved green profile.
Fine-grained energy control under dense footfall; four-domain deployment (lighting, HVAC, parking, elevators).
Precision cooling under high-density thermal load — savings without touching IT availability.
Heavy-industry, high-consumption environment optimized for auxiliary energy use.
Pumps, compressed air and process equipment matched to real production demand.
Restaurant equipment is largely fixed-speed — which makes the savings fast and easy to verify with a two-week A/B test.

Values converted from source-case RMB figures at a reference rate (1 CNY ≈ 4.9 THB); actual results vary by site, tariff and operating hours.
4.5M kWh/year property; AI chiller-plant control delivered a five-million-baht-class annual saving with zero guest-facing change.
5M kWh/year property; chiller, pump and tower coordination cut summer cooling costs by ~THB 150,000 per month.
HVAC, ventilation, lighting and plug loads across every campus — ~THB 21,000 saved per campus per month.
